Returns & Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless the merchandise is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 5 business days from the day you receive your order.

  • How to report damage or defects:
    If your item is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at nagikjeff@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Please do not send the item back without contacting us first. We will guide you through the process and determine if your order qualifies for a return or replacement.
  • Return Approval:
    Returns or exchanges are only approved for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or issues unrelated to product defects.

  • Refunds

  • Incorrect sizing or color choice
  • Items not received in the expected timeframe (please check your tracking for any delays)
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where we have made an error processing the order.

  • Due to the speed at which we process and ship orders, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Our team works quickly to prepare your order for shipment, and once your order is in the system, it cannot be canceled.
