Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations Policy

At Nagi K Sunglasses, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth wholesale experience. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final except in cases of verified defects or damage. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for non-defective items.

Returns or exchanges are only considered if merchandise is defective or damaged upon arrival and reported within the required timeframe.


Defect & Damage Policy

1. Reporting Window
All defect or damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

2. Required Documentation
All claims must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

3. What Qualifies as a Defect
Eligible defects include:

  • Chips or cracks in lenses or frames
  • Deep scratches that affect visibility
  • Structural issues (e.g., broken hinges, misalignment)

4. What Does Not Qualify
The following are not considered defects:

  • Light surface marks, dust, glue residue, or specks that can be cleaned
  • Minor cosmetic variations from production
  • Damage caused by handling, storage, or normal wear

5. Resolution Process
Approved claims will be resolved by:

  • Store credit (default resolution), or
  • Replacement items (at our discretion)

We do not offer refunds for defect claims.

6. Return for Inspection (if required)
In certain cases, we may require items to be returned for inspection before issuing credit.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless defects are confirmed

7. Claim Review
We reserve the right to approve, partially approve, or deny claims based on our evaluation of the submitted photos or returned items.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection (style, color, quantity)
  • Shipping delays once the order has been dispatched

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where an error was made in processing the order.


Cancellations

Due to fast order processing, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting.


Important Notes

  • Orders must be inspected upon delivery
  • All defect claims must follow the process outlined above
  • Claims that do not meet these requirements may be denied
